1. Who are BetaOMS services intended for?
Services of BetaOMS are intended for all organizations which need to convey a message to the global population and to increase their presence in the media.
2. Which type of information is it possible to distribute via BetaOMS?
Beta OMS is the only provider in the region that enables the distribution of all types of multimedia content. The OMS multimedia platform includes:
- BetaOMS Text – distribution and placement towards the media, of public announcements, announcements of events, interviews, information about products and services, announcement of company business results, etc.
- BetaOMS Foto – professional photographing and distribution of images
- BetaOMS TV – rofessional production and placement of video material in the media
3. How does BetaOMS work?
The received material, in its original form and without interventions, is forwarded to the distribution system of BETA News Agency, and is broadcast simultaneously:
- to users of the agency’s news, photo and video services in the country and abroad
- to the web-portal of BETA News Agency www.beta.rs
- through RSS technology to the most visited portals
- to the web-sites Facebook and Twitter
- to users who registered for the OMS Mail listu

5. In which way is it possible to send materials to BetaOMS?
You may send multimedia contents in two ways:
- after registrering and verifying your account, material is sent through a secure OMS system. The access code is known by the account user only.
- by sending to an e-mail address
6. Does BetaOMS change the received material?
BetaOMS only checks whether the contents are in accord with the BetaOMS terms of use. Received material is broadcast in its original form - entirely and without intervention by journalists.
7. Does BetaOMS offer the service of recording events?
BetaOMS offers the service of professional recording and photographing of events, production of films about your company.
8. Does BetaOMS offer the service of writing a public statement?
BetaOMS does not have in its offer the service of writing a public statement.

9. Can the author of the material select the time of distribution?
The time of distribution is determined by the author. If the selected date is not a work day, the material is broadcast on the next work day..
10. In which way do the media receive the OMS contents?
All information the media receive within the news service of BETA News Agency, are identical with the current daily news. OMS photos are available equally with the photos that illustrate the current daily events. Video material is available to all users, free of charge, in the Beta TV service www.beta-video.tv .
11. Why does BetaOMS recommend the inclusion of contact information in the contents that are being distributed?
BetaOMS works in the direction of supporting communication between the business and social sectors, with the media and the global population. Including appropriate contact information in the broadcast material enables the media representatives to obtain direct information and explanations, in direct contact with the author.
12. In which formats is it possible to broadcast photographs through BetaOMS?
BetaOMS platform accepts photographs in the format JPG, of sizes up to 2MB. The acceptable format of the logotype is also JPG, with dimensions 120 x 40 pixels
13. Which video formats does BetaOMS support?
BetaOMS is able to accept video material in AVI and MPG formats.
14. Which are the work hours of BetaOMS.?
The work hours of BetaOMS are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Material received during work hours are broadcast in the morning of the next day. Material received during non-work days and state holidays, are broadcast on the next work day.
15. Under which conditions is it possible to broadcast information through BetaOMS?
All legal entities which sign a contract on using BetaOMS with the Agency may disseminate material via BetaOMS
16. Under which conditions is it possible to obtain BetaOMS contents?
Obtaining BetaOMS material is free of charge for all users, with respect to the BetaOMS terms of use.
